All information relating to bookings appears on a weekly or monthly invoice which can be tailored to any format (paper, disc, tape or on-line) corresponding to date or client reference. Management Reports are available upon request.

Bookings can be made by telephone, fax, email or online.

Specially trained operators enter booking details on computer. This includes vehicle type, contact or passenger name, time and date, client reference and any authorities (passwords) which may exist on the account to prevent unauthorised usage. Once a job is accepted it is automatically logged and a unique job number is quoted.

Accounts can also be set up for Charities, Government Bodies, and Individuals.
