ENC operate a fleet in excess of 500 cars, motorcycles and vans which are all connected by radio and GPRS to our Control Centre in London, SE1 which is always fully staffed to managerial level 24 hours a day 365 day's a year.

Our standard response time on all services within the M25 is within 15 minutes, however at times of peak demand this may increase.

ENC keep full records of each car, bike and van on the fleet which includes vehicle documentation such as hire and reward insurance, tax and MOT (where applicable).

All vehicles on the fleet are late model Saloon, Estate and MPV's, all PCO registered and kept within PCO guidelines

All vehicles are subject to regular inspection to ensure passenger safety and comfort.

All drivers conform to a collar and tie dress code, display Photo ID badges and have headrest covers fitted in their cars for ease of identification and passenger safety.
